East Thames is the largest housing association based in East London and Essex, an area with a great deal of potential and growth opportunities. They manage more than 13,500 homes and are also a part of G15 which is a group of London’s biggest housing associations. They are also one of the top 40 housing associations across England.
The mission of East Thames is to make a positive and lasting contribution to the neighbourhoods in which they work. They offer care, support and accommodation to over 2,000 residents with needs including mental health needs, people within the older community, women who have been victims of domestic violence and young people suffering from homelessness.
They also work to improve opportunity and quality of life in the area by providing help with employment and training programmes, art projects and greener living events.
