Redesigning a global charity network for impact and cohesion
Depaul, an international homelessness charity, partnered with Pedalo to redesign and rebuild its multi-site WordPress platform. Operating across several countries, Depaul needed a unified digital presence that reflected its shared mission to end homelessness while allowing each regional organisation to communicate its own local focus and initiatives.
With our extensive experience supporting charities and not-for-profits, we guided Depaul through a complete digital transformation to create an accessible, engaging, and easily managed online platform.

Multi-site WordPress redesign and rebuild, improving user engagement and enhancing admin tooling
We led a full redesign cycle and reimagining of Depaul’s online branding across a WordPress multi-site, covering the charity’s organisations in Croatia, France, Ireland, International, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. Our UX and design teams developed a unified design system that maintained a consistent brand identity while enabling each country site to include local design elements and tailored content.
On the technical side, we rebuilt and streamlined the WordPress admin area, improving efficiency and usability for content editors. The platform was made fully responsive, ensuring accessibility and ease of navigation for supporters, volunteers, and service users. Throughout the project, we managed input from multiple international stakeholders and provided detailed reporting to ensure transparency and alignment at every stage.
Our ongoing hosting, WordPress maintenance, and support services ensure long-term stability, while bespoke CMS training empowers Depaul’s teams to manage content confidently and independently.
