Streamlined bookings and brand-led design

To ensure stability and minimise risk, we built a dedicated development environment linked to the MindBody sandbox rather than working directly on the live site. This allowed all new code and features to be thoroughly tested without affecting live bookings or site performance.

We also established a structured deployment process to standardise all website updates. Every change, from new features to bug fixes, is tested and verified before being released, ensuring the website remains consistently reliable and high-performing.

In parallel, we redesigned key homepage elements and refined the site’s navigation to improve the customer journey. This made it easier for visitors to find information and book classes or therapies, while enhancing the overall user experience.

As part of our ongoing support, we took over direct liaison with MindBody, managing technical issues, bug reports, and feature enhancements on Ten’s behalf. By providing a single, responsive point of contact and rapid turnaround on maintenance requests, we’ve made the support process far more efficient.

Finally, we streamlined maintenance workflows so that Ten’s internal team can spend less time managing website issues and more time focusing on delivering exceptional fitness and wellness experiences to their clients.
