Our support and maintenance prices

We understand that ongoing support and maintenance needs to fit you. That’s why our flexible pricing and on-demand retainers scale with your needs, enabling enhancements and growth, whilst giving you a competitive edge.

Support prices

Your support time can be used however you see fit – from graphic and UX design, feature development, technical development and bug fixes, to hosting issues resolution, training and consultancy.

Our support service prices are made to work for you, with 3 tiers to match your budget and support needs.

Non-discounted
We charge £100+VAT/ph, invoiced either once work is complete or at the end of the current month, whichever comes first.

Pay-as-you-go support
We charge at a 15% discounted rate of £85+VAT/hr, with a minimum purchase of 8 hours. Time stays on your account until it’s used meaning unused time can roll over from year to year.

Annual retainers
Similar to PAYG but we offer tapered discounts, as low as £60+VAT/hr, dependent on hours purchased, putting a contract in place that renews annually and is paid monthly.

Maintenance prices

For your CMS maintenance needs we offer automated and manual packages to ensure that your site has the latest core, plugin/module and theme updates applied, and is secure and performing as it should.

Automated WordPress maintenance
Automated maintenance is best for most WordPress clients. Our service includes weekly core, plugins and theme updates, 24/7 malware and uptime monitoring and 90 days of site backups.

Manual WordPress & Drupal maintenance
Manual maintenance is for more complex or business critical WordPress sites and any Drupal site. We’ll manually test updates for your site before making them live and ensure that your site stays secure and performing optimally. The cost of manual maintenance depends on your CMS and we also offer different maintenance frequencies to fit your budget requirements.
