Ten Health and Fitness is one of London’s leading boutique fitness providers, offering expertly-taught small-group classes in a friendly and welcoming environment. With studios across London, it provides clients with dynamic, energising health and fitness programmes that are both enjoyable and deliver fast results. Its trainers and therapists have been described as “miracle workers” by The Daily Telegraph, and the company has won the Tatler Gym Awards four times.
We partnered with Ten in 2018 with a brief to improve the integration of their website with its bespoke API and provide ongoing WordPress maintenance and upgrades. Their previous digital agency had not been able to meet their technical requirements or provide the reliable and rapid support they needed, so they wanted a more responsive and technically-knowledgeable agency.

Ten has a WordPress website which is integrated with MindBody software via an API, in order to take online bookings for fitness classes and therapies. To overcome issues Ten had previously faced when work was performed on the live site, we set up a development environment hooked up to the MindBody sandbox, thus avoiding live website issues and loss of revenue.
In addition, we created a structured development approach to standardise the process for making changes and test all functionality and online transactions before going live. This means that Ten can rest assured that their live site is always working optimally. We’ve also worked with Ten to rework their website homepage and navigation to improve user experience and make it easier for customers to book sessions.
We’ve made Ten’s website maintenance processes as seamless and pain-free as possible by responding to their enquiries and requests rapidly, liaising directly with Mindbody as a supplier, and providing a single point of contact who regularly gives updates on progress. This has helped reduce Ten’s administrative workload, meaning they have more time to focus on running their business.
